Desert Storm

Experienced a Desert Storm(does that make me a vet?) It Rains like hell but the water does not soak into the ground it just runs wherever the least resistance is(that would be down hill) It poured for hours & hours & when it's done the Ground is dry. And everybody knows what happens when it's dry!!!!! We have a beer
